Join us for the first Ambition + Mischief breathwork journey of 2023 ✨ We’re starting off the year by breathing into softness.
Last year, we saw the rise of Soft Girl Season. And this year, we’re planning for an entire year of it.
Softness isn’t something you do. Softness is a state of being only accessed through safety. During this breathwork journey, we’re going to tap into deeper levels of safety within yourself, cultivate a deeper sense of self-trust, and embody your softness and your strength.
I hearby declare 2023 as The Soft Year. All in favor, say ayeee.
